  • My practice works by meeting with you twice a month for 3-6 months depending on what you’d like to gain from our time together.

    Each session will be a duration of 50 minutes at a time.

    During our sessions, we will recognize past unhealthy routines, find specific, proactive solutions to help nurture new and positive behaviors holistically.

  • 6 months is the perfect sweet spot.

    By implementing positive changes over a period of 6 months, we can integrate these new habits effectively into your lifestyle and build a strong foundation for longevity and homeostasis.

  • This is 100% up to you! You are in control of how you’d like each session to play out.

    Structured around growth, what specific areas you’d like to focus on. I take an action based approach, holding a safe space for you to unravel points of concern, goal setting, mapping out a sustainable plan, recommendations and accountability.

    I like to focus on food being medicine. Building a positive relationship with food. Bio individuality, and calling upon that intuitive voice inside to guide you when fueling your body.
